Zamorano's corporate structure includes a Board of Trustees, the supreme authority that is charged with overseeing the mission, direction and overall health of the institution. Its core functions include appointing the President and confirming appointments of the organization's upper-level positions, approving strategic and annual plans, and obtaining financing and other support to reach institutional goals.

The Board of Trustees is made of up people from various backgrounds who share ideas, commitments and common altruistic purposes for the benefit of Latin American youth, society and their countries. All are volunteers who donate their time, experience, image and resources. Some even follow the institution's progress for many years. Their philanthropy reveals itself in the thousands of graduates now serving in Latin America , our high quality faculty, Zamorano's extraordinary support infrastructure, and most importantly, the constant desire to improve which characterizes Zamorano in its pursuit of excellence.
