One of the responsibilities that we have at Zamorano is to attend to the basic needs of our students. We accomplish this through several units, providing both general and personalized services. These services include:

Registration Office Services

The Registrar's office allows graduates to obtain several documents, such as:

• Grade Transcripts (English and Spanish)
• Analytical Program (only available in Spanish)
• Graduation certificates (English and Spanish)
• Photocopies of degrees
• Issue and replacement of legalized degrees (such documents may be legalized at the Foreign Ministry and Consulates)

Purchases and Supplies

This office is responsible for the acquisition of the supplies used by the students in their daily activities, which are included in the cost of the tuition paid by the parents and sponsors to Zamorano, including: laboratory equipment and supplies, tools for field work, student clothing and bed linens, etc.

Transportation

Zamorano has buses with a capacity of 55 passengers each, which are used to carry the students to Tegucigalpa on weekends.

Maintenance

Provides the preventive and corrective maintenance service for classrooms, laboratories and student dorms, providing a proper environment and allowing the efficient development of operations. This maintenance excludes cleaning and straightening up of student dorms, which has been traditionally done by Zamorano students.
