Agricultural Science and Production: Produce quality raw materials in a technified manner, following rigorous monitoring measures in agricultural and livestock production systems.
Food Agroindustry: Transform, process and add value to raw materials, following industrial quality norms and carrying out exhaustive analyses to ensure food safety.
Agribusiness Management: Relate production with markets and apply financial strategies that increase the efficiency and productivity of goods and services companies.
Socioeconomic Development and Environment: Plan, implement and execute environmental management in every productive phase of the value chain and apply knowledge, instruments and abilities that contribute to the understanding of natural systems as well as their interaction with social systems..
