“The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to provide leadership to develop, integrate and improve the planning of the academic and institutional programs, as well as program evaluation”.
Dr. Raul Zelaya, Director of Institutional Effectiveness

In order to maintain Zamorano’s excellence, the office of Institutional Effectiveness has a system of evaluation and monitoring of the institution’s academic programs. It identifies the needs of the environment and the competences and knowledge that are required by future professionals to become successful leaders.

Every year the Office of Institutional Effectiveness carries out different opinion surveys and interviews with our graduates, as well as with employers and possible employers in order to constantly streamline the educational system that has distinguished Zamorano for almost 70 years.

The Office obtains statistical information about the performance quality of Zamoranos in the labor market in the areas where most of our graduates work, as well as in their post-graduate studies, among other areas.

The institutional effectiveness study carried out in 2010 demonstrated once again that Zamoranos are academically prepared to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.
