“Welcome to the Zamorano’s Department of Food Science & Technology. By means of a high quality technical-scientific program we give an integral formation to professional leaders who are capable of successfully working in the regional or global food agroindustry.
For decades Latin America has been to a large degree an exporter of raw materials, lacking the knowhow to transform them into finished goods.
