- A specialist in agroindustrial processes. Identifies, analyzes and solves problems in the chains of food distribution, processing lines, agroindustrial organizations and consumers.
- A specialist in processing raw materials. Transforms and preserves raw materials in order to produce safe, quality products, focusing on the consumer and using safe and sustainable technologies.
- A creator of new products and food services. Has innovative ideas, making him/her capable of developing new food products and production lines, as well as designing processes and carrying out scientific research.
- An entrepreneur for the agroindustrial sector. Identifies opportunities, organizes, adapts and secures resources to undertake sustainable activities in the agroindustrial area
