Zamorano has the best infrastructure in the region. We are the only university in the area that has an industrial park where the students do practical work, learning and directly participating in the industrial preparation of food products. We also have laboratories of analysis and food microbiology where our students can evaluate food safety, quality and shelf life, as well as a pilot plant for new product development.
