Extracurricular activities are designed to offer students a wide range of opportunities to develop their creativity, decision making skills and leadership. In Zamorano there are 25 student clubs that provide an important diversion from the rigors of daily study and work.
The extracurricular clubs are divided into academic, religious, sports and art clubs.
ACADEMIC CLUBS
Clubs are central to life at Zamorano. They give students the chance to pursue activities and interests outside of their academic responsibilities. All freshmen are required to participate in a club, and most of the older students continue to pursue one or more interests through the many campus organizations. All clubs have faculty and staff members who collaborate with student leaders and share their passions and hobbies — an early and easy opportunity for new arrivals to get to know their instructors in a social context.
