Relationship in the Professional World

The training of professionals at the managerial level is of great importance for achieving sustainable economic growth. In Latin America, both the public and private sectors are contributing to the expansion of education and availability of resources for the development of managerial skills in new generations. Likewise, in most of the economies in Latin America, the agricultural sector continues to be essential for the generation of employment and foreign exchange. Latin American countries have abundant agro-biodiversity and availability of labor; however, it is necessary to modernize the sector’s technologies and techniques for a streamlined use and sustainable management of resources. Globalization offers new opportunities to manage the agricultural sector as a business. The modernization of agriculture through the use of biotechnology, precision agriculture, high-tech farming, processing and marketing has boosted the development of the agricultural sector and improved the well-being of many rural households by means of new production and employment opportunities.
