Do´s and Dont´s

The ombudsperson acts through suggestions, warnings, reminders and sometimes, through constructive criticism, but none of these actions is coercive, coercive or judicial power. All their actions are aimed at listening and advising the student community on their choices regarding their complaints, conflict resolution or address on possible abuses committed any member of the community, students or staff in any way.

The ombudsperson is moral authority, attached to professional ethics and is authorized to serve as receiver of complaints or comments, advise and recommend a possible solution alternatives. It has no authority to take measures discilinarias repeal decisions or circumvent established rules and institutional policies.
