Residences
ZAMORANO is a residential university where students from more than 20 countries live together in seven housing residences with all the basic comforts, including 24/7 Wi-Fi. The University also has various common areas for educational and recreational activities, where students can share, participate in activities, strengthen ties of comradery and organize and take part in celebrations.
Central Residence (north zone)
Composed of 5 dormitories,108 rooms and an estimated capacity of 216 students. Dormitories: Mora, Barrios, Delgado, Morazán and Cabañas.
Each zone has a team made up of Student Life Instructors, Integral Training Instructor and a sports assistant.
North zone team: Roger Diaz, Amanda Padilla, Ana Perdomo, José Daniel Velásquez and Carlos Godoy.


Liberator Residence (north zone)
Composed of 3 dormitories with 120 rooms and estimated capacity of 240 students. Dormitories: San Martín, Sucre and Bolívar.
Arboretum Residence (south zone)
Composed of 3 dormitories with 76 rooms with an estimated capacity of 152 students. Dormitories: Pinu (Pinnus oocarpa), Ceiba (Ceiba Pentandra) and Quina (Cinchona officinalis).
South zone team: Karina Peña, Yolani Rodríguez, Ingrid Ayestas and Walter Almendarez.


Antonio Molina Residence (south zone)
Named in honor of the botanist Antonio Molina, this residence has 2 dormitories with 50 rooms and an estimated capacity of 100 students. Dormitories: Quercus, Cassia and Brassavola; in honor of the species classified by Professor Molina.
Maya (south zone)
Composed of 3 dormitories with 76 rooms and an estimated capacity of 152 students. Dormitories: Maya Copán, Chichen Itza and Maya Tikal.


Ruben Darío Residence (east zone)
Residence named in honor of the Nicaraguan poet, journalist and diplomat Félix Rubén García known as Rubén Darío. Composed of 5 dormitories with 120 rooms with an estimated capacity of 240 students. Dormitories: Venus, Pegasus, Helios, Heraldo and Azul.
East zone team: Camila Almendarez, Milton Zeballos, Reina Margarita Ponce, Farid Morel and Daniela Zelaya.
Washington Residence (east zone)
Composed of 4 dormitories with 72 rooms and an estimated capacity of 144 students. Dormitories: White House, Grand Canyon, Rushmore and The Alamo.
